As well as running Body Language workshops, he has appeared on numerous television and radio shows and has written a number of Body Language training manuals. When newspapers, magazines, TV stations and Radio shows require in-depth analysis of Celebrities, members of the Royal Family and Politicians, Mike is - more often than not - the one they turn to.
He draws upon his vast experience as a Theatre and Film Director, a teacher and an established Playwright to enrich his understanding of the unique power of Body Language. He has written over 25 plays which have been staged across the world. His musical adaptation of Roald Dahl's 'Fantastic Mr. Fox' premiered at The Gardner Arts Centre in 1987 and broke all previous box office records for the venue. His adaptation, which also featured in the BBC’s highly acclaimed ‘Listen’ series, was the only musical version of the children's novel allowed on stage or radio by the Dahl Estate for many years. Mike also collaborated with Raymond Briggs, adapting his best-selling comic book, ‘Fungus the Bogeyman', which played at the Leicester Haymarket and Coventry Belgrade under the direction of the late Ken Campbell. Mike’s debut feature film, ’Connected’, (High Point Media) has been screened across the globe; his second feature, ’Brothers of War’ (Koch [UK] and Epic Pictures [Global]), has enjoyed enormous success and critical acclaim.
